New global tender to clear garbage: Rangasamy

Puducherry, Apr 9 (UNI) The Puducherry administration is planning to float a new global tender for garbage cleaning, Chief Minister N Rangasamy told the Legislative Assembly today.

Replying to a question, he said the present firm, which had taken the tender for removing the thrash properly.

Mr Anand of PMC, who raised the question, charged the administration with failing to pay the present garbage cleaner for the last eight months.

To another question, Education Minister M O H F Shajahan said that the part time employees of the Jawahar Balbhavan would soon be regularised enabling them to get more salary and DA.
