Lankan held at Trichy Airport

Tiruchirapalli, Apr 9 (UNI) Airport police arrested a Sri Lankan national for attempting to fly to Colombo with a fake visa at the international airport here.

Police said the immigration authorities on examining the travel documents of Riswan (19), bound for Colombo yesterday, found that his visa was fake.

Later, he was handed to the local police, who arrested and remanded him in judicial custody.
