King urges all Nepalis to participate in tomorrow's CA polls

Kathmandu, Apr 9 : Nepal King Gyanendra has invited all Nepalis to participate in tomorrow's Constituent Assembly polls.

The King urged the people in a press statement today to exercise their democratic franchise in a free and fair environment maintaining harmony and unity in the crucial polls.

"I have always wanted the country to prosper through democratic means as per the decision of the people," Kantipur quoted his statement.

"Beloved countrymen, it has been our only wish that the country progresses and prospers according to the sovereign decision of the people through the democratic process and that the nation's existence, independence and integrity come under threat in no situation," he said.
