UP: 2 qunital ganga seized, 11 smugglers held

Shahjahanpur, Apr 9: Police busted a smuggling gang with the arrest of its 11 members possessing about two quintal ganja, estimated at Rs 40 lakh in the international market, in Tilhar area here.

A raid was conducted at village Hazi Nagva yesterday and 11 persons, involved in the smuggling of psychotropic substances were arrested, police said.

About two quintal ganga was seized from them, the police added.

The arrested had been sent to jail.
