Tibetan exiles tonsure their heads in protest

New Delhi, Apr 7, 2008: Several Tibetans in exile in Indian capital New Delhi adopted a unique non violent way of protesting by tonsuring their heads en masse at a protest rally on April 07 to express solidarity with their countrymen in Tibet.

They appealed to the world to mount pressure on the Chinese authorities to stop alleged atrocities against the Tibetans.
