Two killed, 3 injured as lorry hits tree

Guntur, Apr 8 (UNI) Two people were killed on the spot and three others injured when a lorry in which they were travelling hit a roadside tree near Marrichettipalem in this district, today.

Police said the mishap occurred as the driver of the lorry lost control over the vehicle, proceeding to Gurzala from Addanki.

The injured were admitted to the Narasaraopet Government Hospital, where their condition was reported to be stable.
