Mumbai, Apr 8 (UNI) Music composer Ram Sampath today filed a suit of Rs two crore against leading film producer Rakesh Roshan for alleged infringement of copyright of his music in his forthcoming film ''Krazzy 4'', scheduled to be released this Friday.
Sampath has dragged Rakesh Roshan, his brother music director Rajesh Roshan, his company 'Film Kraft', Super Cassettes, Sony Ericsson and Saatchi and Saatchi to court for alleged infringement of copyright of his music.
According to a notice sent to Rakesh Roshan and Rajesh Roshan, Sampath said he had created 60 seconds of music ''The Thump'' for a mobile company's television advertisement and the same has been used in four tracks in the film, including the title song.
