Inquiry into attack on IAS officer: Patil
Mumbai, Apr 8 (UNI) Deputy Chief Minister R R Patil today said an inquiry would be conducted into the alleged attack on IAS officer Nidhi Pande, who was pushed from fifth floor of Mantralaya and had suffered injuries.
The issue was raised by Usha Darade (NCP) and Neelam Gorhe (Sena) in the Council.
Mr Patil said the administration would look into the allegation that her complaint was not properly registered by the police.
He said action would be taken against those who had not acted on the complaint as per the law.
Ms Pande, estranged wife of IPS officer Deepak Pande, is in news for over a year due to their strained relationship.
