Four killed as vehicle falls into well

Nashik, Apr 8 (UNI) Four people were killed when a vehicle in which they were travelling in fell into a well near Mungase village in Malegaon taluka of the district today.

The accident occurred when the van, carrying about 12 people, was on its way to Malegaon from Nashik on the Mumbai-Agra National Highway number three this morning.

Police said the accident occurred when the driver dozed off momentarily.

The injured have been admitted to a private hospital in Malegaon.

Efforts were on to rescue others who were in the vehicle, sources said.
