Speaker also feels only assurance, no implementation

Mumbai, Apr 7 (UNI) 'It is just assurances all the way and no implementation', was the view expressed by Girish Bapat (BJP) and Bala Nandgaonkar (Shiv Sena) and interestingly it was endorsed by Speaker Babasaheb Kupekar.

Mr Bapat and Mr Nandgaonkar said the ministers give many assurances, but their implementation was very little.

At this juncture, the Speaker said he read may news items about announcements but without their implementation.
