Leave encashment benifit for Improvement Trusts' employees

Chandigarh, Apr 7 (UNI) The Haryana Government has extended the leave encashment benefit from 240 days to 300 days to the employees of Improvement Trusts.

There was anomalies of leave encashment benefit between the employees of Improvement Trusts and Municipalities and it was a long pending demand of the employees of the Improvement Trusts to remove this anomaly.

With this decision, the Government exchequer had to bear additional financial implication of about Rs 7 crore per year.
