One killed another injured in bus mishap

Jalandhar, Apr 6 (UNI) One person was killed while another injured when the bus they were travelling in over-turned near village Mandiala under Mehatpur Police Station in the district today.

Police said the mishap took place when a private, while trying to overtake a tractor-trolley turn-turtle.

At the time of accident, nearly 15 passengers were in the bus, police said adding that one identified as Mohammad Shahid (21) died on the spot while another persons who sustained injuries was immidiately rushed to a hospital.
