Nicole Richie dismisses marriage reports

Washington, Apr 06 : American socialite Nicole Richie has denied reports that she is set to marry her boyfriend Joel Madden.

Recent reports claimed that Richie is set to tie the knot with Madden in the summer of 2008.

However, the new mum denied the rumours as untrue, insisting that the rocker hasn't even proposed.

Richie and Madden have a baby daughter Harlow Winter Kate together, reports Contactmusic.

The two were even rumoured to have sent out invites for their impending nuptials as early as next week beginning 07Apr08.

However a spokesperson for 'The Simple Life' star has shot down the reports.

"They are not even engaged," the spokesperson said.
