CM, Governor greets people on Sindhi New Year

Lucknow, Apr 6 (UNI) Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Mayawati today extended her heartfelt greetings to the people of state on the occasion of Jhuley Lal Jayanti and Sindhi New Year.

The CM said in her message '' our country was fortunate enough to have great saints, who had shown the right path and have been the source of inspiration till date.'' Bhagwan Jhuley Lal was among those, who made an effort to establish an ideal society, where there was no discrimination on the basis of colour, caste or creed.

The CM said she is happy to see that Sindhi Samaj is moving ahead on the path shown by Bhagwan Jhuley Lal and is carrying forward his message of peace and love.

Uttar Pradesh Goivernor T V Rajeshwar also greeted people of the state on the auspicious occasion and wished the Sindhi samaj a happy and prosperous New Year.
