Chouhan describes arrest of SIMI activists as major achievement

Bhopal, Apr 6 (UNI) Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan today described the arrest of office-bearers of banned Students Islamic Movement of India (SIMI) as the third major achievement of state police.

''Apart from nabbing of SIMI office-bearers, other major achievements for state police include eliminating of dacoits from Chambal and other dacoit-infested regions and breaking the back of naxalism in affected areas,'' and Mr Chouhan, while talking to reporters at the airport here.
