Advani offers prayers at Mahakaleshwar temple

Ujjain, MP, Apr 6 (UNI) Senior BJP leader L K Advani paid obeisance at the world famous Mahakaleshwar temple in this temple town this evening.

Mr Advani arrived here via a special aircraft at 1730 hrs to take part in 'Nav Samvat' programme on the eve of 'Gudi Parva' as part of Vikramotsav at the start of Vikram Samvat 2065.

After taking a brief rest at circuit house, Mr Advani reached Mahakaleshwar temple and affered prayers. Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan and MP and former Union Minister Satyanarayan Jatia were present on the occasion.

Mr Advani also attended the Chakravarti Raja Vikramaditya Mahanatya programme here.
