2 drown in sea at Guntur
Guntur, Apr 6: Two persons drowned while another person escaped after they were caught in huge tidal waves off Suryakiran beach at Bapatla in this district today.
Police said while Jhony Basha (15) and Nagaraju (17) drowned, Sarat (25) managed to escape.
The trio were taking bath when the mishap occurred.
While Basha's body was retrieved, Nagaraju breathed his last enroute to a hospital, police added.
