Tom Cruise to sue manufacturers of medical marijuana named after him

Washington, Apr 5 : Hollywood actor Tom Cruise is set to take legal action against a new strain of medical marijuana that has been put out in the market under his name.

The new strain of marijuana known as 'Tom Cruise Purple' shows a picture of the 'Mission Impossible' star laughing on the vials, reports Contactmusic

It is being presently sold in licensed marijuana clubs in Northern California.

The strain is believed to be strong and users can experience hallucinations.

According to New York Daily News, Cruise's attorneys are now planning to sue the manufacturers.
