PRS counter opened by Northern Railways

Srinagar, Apr 4: The Northern Railway today opened a Passenger Reservation System (PRS) counter at group centre of Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) here.

The PRS was inaugurated by Inspector General of Police CRPF S K Jain today. The CRPF authorities had been demanding opening of PRS for its personnel who were facing difficulties for reservation in different railways at Jammu station, a spokesman of the CRPF said.

He said the entire system will be operated by the CRPF personnel who had already received training from the railways.
