Nitin Fire buys 40% stake in Dubai firm

New Delhi, Apr 4 (UNI) Nitin Fire Protection Industries Ltd today said it has bought a 40 per cent stake in Dubai-based New Age Company LLC.

The Dubai company, which is engaged in fire protection and detection systems, is expected to grow 20-25 per cent annually, it said in a statement.
