i-flex Solutions to buy remaining 60% in Flexcel International

New Delhi, Apr 4 (UNI) Leading banking software maker i-flex Solutions Ltd today said its board has approved buying the balance 60 per cent stake in Flexcel International Pvt Ltd.

''The move will make Flexcel International Pvt Ltd a wholly owned subsidiary of the company,'' company statement said.

I-flex board also approved changing the company's name to Oracle Financial Services Ltd as its majority is owned by the Oracle Corp.
