Diamond Cables receive order for implementation of RGGY in Guj

New Delhi, Apr 4 (UNI) Diamond Cables ltd today said it has received turnkey order for implementation of Rajiv Gandhi Gramin Vidyutikaran Yojna (RGGY) for Mehsana and Patan districts of Gujarat.

''The scope of work includes setting up of 249 transformer centers and erection and commissioning of distribution lines aggregating 814 kms to be completed in a period of 22 months,'' company statement said.

This project is in addition to the already existing contracts for Vadodara, Anand, Bhavnagar, Ahmedabad, Banaskantha and Sabarkanta districts of the state.
