4 killed, 19 injured in road accidents
Bareilly, Apr 4 (UNI) At least four people were killed and 19 seriously injured in separate road accidents on Bareilly-Pilibhit highway here today.
According to police, a three-wheeler, en route from Nawabganj to Pilibhit, dashed against a stationary truck, killing two persons on the spot.
The ten injured were rushed to a hospital in a critical condition.
The deceased were identified as Premchand (35) and Dharamveer (40).
In a separate incident, two people died and nine others were grievously injured in a head-on collision between a truck and three-wheeler.
The injured were admitted at a nearby hospital.
Investigations were on to identify the deceased.
Bodies had been sent for post-mortem.
