Varanasi Nagar Nigam employee found dead

Varanasi, Apr 2 (UNI) Varanasi Nagar Nigam's tax inspector was today found dead under mysterious circumstances in Dophy area here.

Durga Shankar Pandey was reported missing since yesterday, when he had left the office for Rs 50,000 collection, police said.

Meanwhile, police suspect that he was poisoned to death after being robbed.

The body had been sent for a post-mortem, while further investigation was on.
