Devotees participate in temple car fest
Tiruchirapalli, Apr 2 (UNI) Thousands of devotees from different parts of Tamil Nadu, witnessed the temple car festival and pulled the car of Shri Pundarikaksha Perumal temple at Tiruvellarai, near here, yesterday.
Amid religious fervour, the processional deities of Shri Sentharamaraikannan and goddess Pankajavalli Thayar, were mounted on the temple car.
After rituals, the devotees pulled the car chanting in praise of Lord Govinda.
