April 15 is the last date for admission for new courses: MUHS
Nashik, Apr 2 (UNI) The last for admission to various new courses started by the Maharashtra University of Health Sciences (MUHS) is April 15.
Vice Chancellor MUHS Dr Mrudula Phadke, said that they have introduced these new courses for the benefit of various students of Health Sciences.
The new courses include ''Certificate course in Laboratory Diagnosis of Infectious Disease and Management HIV Medicine'' (Duration - 9 months, Capacity - 30 seats) started at Department of Infectious Disease, Mumbai. ''Fellowship in Drug Development'' (Duration one year, Capacity 30 seats) has also been started at the same department. A ''Certificate course in Medical Genetics'' (Duration 6 months, Capacity 30 seats) has been started at the Pune office of the MUHS.
Two courses as part of Paramedical course in Opthalmology-- ''Opthalmic Assistant'' and ''Optometry'', each of two-year-duration and capacity of 30 seats, have been started at Department of Community Opthalmology, Aurangabad.
At the Department of Interpathy Research and Technology (UDIRT) at the MUHS head quarters in Nashik, a ''Certificate course in Pharmaceutical Medicine'' (Duration one year, Capacity- 60 seats), has been started, Dr Phadke added.
