Special campaign after delimitation: State Election Commissioner

Bangalore, Apr 1 (UNI) The State Election Commission (SEC) will undertake a special campaign to include in the voters list, names which were omitted from the final voters list published on March 29, after completion of the delimitation process, State Election Commissioner Vidya Shankar today said.

Mr Shankar, who took over the charge from R Ramaseshan, who had opted for voluntary retirement, said the state election machinery was geared up for the Assembly elections, whenever the Election Commission announces the date.
