Six Wipro subsidiaries merged

Mumbai, Apr 1: Wipro said six of its subsidiaries have been merged into the parent body effective from today. The mergers have been approved by the High Court of Karnataka, High Court of Bombay and High Court of Andhra Pradesh, Wipro informed the BSE.

The companies are Wipro Health Care IT Ltd, Wipro Infrastructure Engineering Ltd, Quantech Global Services Ltd, Mpower Software Services (India) Pvt Ltd, Mpact Technology Services Pvt Ltd and Cmango India Pvt Ltd.
