MTNL gets Rs 1395 cr from the IT Dept

New Delhi, Apr 1 (UNI) State-owned Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Limited (MTNL) today said it has received Rs 1,395 crore from the Income Tax Department as refund for previous assessment years.

The refund also includes interest payment of Rs 166.19 crore, which will increase the net profit of the company for the last financial year, it said in a statement.
