MindTree Consulting changes its name

Bangalore, Apr 1 (UNI) MindTree Consulting Limited, a global IT and R and D services company, today changed its name to MindTree Limited with immediate effect.

In a release here, Company Chairman and Managing Director Ashok Soota said ''the word 'consulting' did not reflect the entire range of services we offer our customers.'' He said MindTree Limited would now become the umbrella name under which all future acquisitions could be made in the form of divisions or subsidiaries.
