Kiran Karnik joins EMRI

Hyderabad, Apr 1 (UNI) Former Nasscom President Kiran Karnik has joined the Governing Board of Emergency Management and Research Institute (EMRI) as a Member of the Governing Board and Advisor.

EMRI, a non-profit organisation, has been providing comprehensive emergency response services since August 2005.

In a statement, EMRI Chief Executive Officer Venkat Changavalli said: ''We are delighted to have Kiran join our board. His wisdom and rich industry experience will give EMRI the right direction towards its dream of saving one million lives a year.'' UNI VA GM RL HS1728
