Mumbai, Apr 1 (UNI) IL&FS Investment Managers Ltd today announced a bonus issue of one share for every two shares.
The bonus issue was approved by the Board of Directors who met today.
The Company in a release here said that such bonus shares however would not be eligible for dividend for fiscal 2008.
