B'deshi national makes illegal visit to Pak, arrested

Jammu, Apr 1 (UNI) A Bangladeshi national was arrested while trying to re-enter the Indian territory, after making a short visit to Pakistan via the International Border, from Kanachak area, sources said.

One Haider Ali, son of Muneer Ali, resident of Bangladesh was arrested by troops of 141 BSF battalion today while he attempted to infiltrate today, official sources told UNI.

Haider Ali, during initial questioning, informed the interrogators that he had entered the Pakistan territory from the international border in Akhnoor sector yesterday.

In the afternoon, he was handed over to the 26 BSF battalion which was manning the border from where the Bangladeshi national managed exfiltration, sources disclosed.
