80 land mines recovered in Bokaro

Bokaro, Apr 1 (UNI) In a major breakthrough police today recovered 80 land mines weighing between two to 20 kg from Palamusarubeda forest located in Uparghat area under Nawadih police station area under this district of Jharkhand.

ASP of Bermo sub-division Asim Vikrant Minj said the land mines were recovered during anti-Naxal operation being conducted in the area.

Mr Minj said five of them were of 20 kg each.
