Three arrested for faking notary papers

Hyderabad, Apr 1: The city Commissioner's Task Force arrested a three-member-gang indulging in the preparation of forged notary papers and seized old dated stamp papers of different denominations, eight rubber stamps and notaries from their possession.

On credible information yesterday, the special police had arrested Shaik Hayat Ahmed, Ghouse Mohiuddin and Mohd Zakir, who revealed that they were working as assistants of different notary advocates in the city. The stamp papers were used to prepare false and fabricated agreements of sale, gift deeds and mortgage deeds in old dates.

The accused along with seized material were handed over to Begum Bazar police station.
