Posh embroiled in a row with LA-based Kitson stores
London, March 31 : Victoria Beckham is embroiled in a battle with Los Angeles-based Kitson stores over her clothing line, according to reports.
Shop owner Fraser Ross has been complaining about the 33-year-old Spice Girl's unwillingness to make an appearance at his shops.
He claimed that the singer would not do an in-store appearance to promote her dVb range, as she has done with many other high-end stockists.
"I'm fighting with Victoria's people. We have customers asking if she will come in; what am I supposed to tell them? She lives here, she really should come out and support her fans, the people buying her jeans," the Daily Express quoted Ross, as saying.
"The celebrity has to be 100 per cent involved with their own line and they have to be willing to support the retailers who are selling it. Having a clothing line should be treated by them as no different than selling an album or promoting a movie," he added.
Posh has, however, recently participated in a multi-city tour with Saks Fifth Avenue to promote her fashionable creations.
