Takshashila Realties lays foundation of its biggest mall

Ahmedabad, Mar 30 (UNI) City-based Takshashila Realties today laid the foundation stone of its biggest mall Takshashila ''The Maha Mall'' in Eastern Ahmedabad.

The mall will come up in Vastral area of Eastern Ahmedabad and will be built in total spread of four lakh sq ft with an estimated investment of Rs 80 crore. It will feature a multiplex, hyper market, food court and showrooms.

Takshashila Realties CMD Kamlesh Gondalia said, ''Till now, developers have concentrated only on Western Ahmedabad and the eastern part has been grossly neglected. Development in Western part has almost reached its saturation so, we see a great potential in the eastern part.'' UNI HT NM SKB1621
