Retaining human resources in IAF a huge challenge: Air Chief

New Delhi, Mar 30 (UNI) Air Chief Marshal Fali Homi Major has said that attracting and retaining human resources in the Indian Air Force (IAF) was a huge challenge given the market forces and the aviation boom in the country.

In an interview to Doordarshan News, he said one of the ways of retaining talent was by providing the personnel with good quality of life and job satisfaction in the service.

For this, the Chief of the Air Staff said there was a support from the central government.

''I dare say the government is forthcoming (in this) in a big way,'' he said in the programme 'War and Peace'.
