Family members of dacoits stage demonstration

Bhind, MP, Mar 29 (UNI) Family members and other acquaintance of four dacoits, who were today killed in an encounter with police, placed the bodies of deceased dacoits on a road and staged a demonstration against police.

Police tried to convince agitators but when attempts failed it had to use mild force and lob tear gas shells to disperse them. The bodies were taken in custody by police.

Earlier, police had handed over the bodies of dacoits to family members.

Shops remained closed till late evening in view of the incident.
