Cong decries Mayawati's rule in UP

Jaunpur, Mar 27 (UNI) Uttar Pradesh Congress Committee (UPCC) president Rita Bahuguna Joshi today lambasted Chief Minister Mayawati for the increasing backwardness of the state.

''The comman nan is suffering under the present Mayawati rule...her all vows have fallen like a pack of cards,'' Dr Joshi said addressing media here.

The Chief Minister is working with of feeling a revenge and would misuse laws like UPCOCA, she alleged.

The UPCC president found fault in Ms Mayawati for selling the fertile lands of poor farmers for the Ganga Expressway project.
