Amar evasive on SP-Cong relations
Bhopal, Mar 27 (UNI) Samajwadi Party (SP) leader Amar Singh was today evasive on changing relations between his party and the Congress but hinted that the those had definitely altered in Uttar Pradesh.
Mr Singh, who was here to unite SP MLAs in favour of Congress-supported independent candidate Vivek Krishna Tankha who is contesting the Rajya Sabha elections, told reporters that Uttar Pradesh's present Congress president was speaking a language ''different'' from his predecessor.
The SP leader accused Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister and Bahujan Samaj Party President Mayawati of making her Bharatiya Janata Party leanings public on several occasions.
