Two arrested in NOIDA BPO drug raid
New Delhi, Mar 26 (UNI) The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) has arrested two people, including the editor of a local news channel, during a raid in a Noida-based BPO for smuggling drugs to the United States.
NCB officials said the raid was conducted on Monday during which large quantity of banned amphetamine class of stimulants were seized.
''The CEO of the call centre, located in Sector 63, is absconding,'' they added.
The drugs were to be smuggled to various US cities using an American courier service.
Prelabelled packets of the courier company from the call centre were also recovered,'' they added.
Further investigations are in progress.
