TN Budget Session to conclude on May 14

Chennai, Mar 26 (UNI) The ongoing Budget Session of the Tamil Nadu Assembly will conclude on May 14.

A decision to this effect was taken at the Business Advisory Committee meeting held here today, Speaker R Avudaiyappan told mediapersons.

He said in all, there would be 31 sittings and the session would conclude on May 14.

After the debate on the Budget, Finance Minister K Anbazhagan would give his reply on April two.

The demand for grants for 51 departments would be taken up during the session.
