One gets life sentence in kidnapping-murder case

Jehanabad, Mar 26 (UNI) A local fast track court today awarded life imprisonment to a person in kidnapping-murder case.

Fast track court judge Ram Lakhan Singh Yadav found Janardan Yadav guilty of killing Samaru Yadav after abducting him from Gorhaul Bigha village under Kurtha police station in Arwal district and awarded him life term under sections 364 and 302 of IPC.

According to charges the victim was abducted by the convict and later killed on May 28,1991.
