Myanmarese national murdered

Aizawl, Mar 26 (UNI) A Myanmarese national was killed by two compatriots at Rangvamul under Vaivakawn police station on Monday, police said today.

Police said one Biakliancheuva (28) alias Rintea was murdered by two other Myanmarese migrants who confessed to their crime.

The body of the deceased was found lying on the road yesterday morning by some locals, who immediately informed the police.

Police further said that both the culprits, hailing from Myanmar's Kalemyo township, surrendered themselves before getting the police.

The duo have been employed in a local wine factory since the past one year and have confessed during interrogation that they killed Rintea as they were tired of his repeated thefts.
