Raising the issue in the Delhi Legislative Assembly through Special Mention, Dr Harshvardhan said 3000 farmers of six villages - Kanjhawla, Sultanpur Dabas, Karala, Pooth Khurd, Tikri Khurd and Tikri Kalan- were sitting on an indefinite dharna at the Khanjawala DC office demanding compensation for their land at present Government rates.
