Parenteral Drugs to take over business of two group companies

New Delhi, Mar 25 (UNI) Parenteral Drugs India Ltd today said its Board has considered taking over the business of two group companies--- Punjab Formulations Ltd and Goa FormulationsLtd, by making them 100 per cent subsidiary of the Company.

The companies will be taken over with an object to bring all the related activities under the umbrella of the Company, said a statement.

The statement added that its Board would also consider the proposal to put-up manufacturing facilities in Canada in collaboration with a Canadian partner in respect of which the proposal is at an advance stage.
