Low pressure to bring rains to coastal AP

Visakhapatnam, Mar 25 (UNI) The trough of low pressure over coastal Andhra Pradesh still persists.

A spokesman of the Cyclone Warning Centre (CWC) here told UNI that under its influence, rain or thoundershowers were likely to occur at many places over north coastal Andhra Pradesh and some places in south coastal regions of the state during the next 24 hours.

Rainfall recorded during the last 24 hrs were Kalingapatnam and Tuni two cm each, Bapatla, Nellore and Kakinada one cm each.
