HC declines to interfere with Abkari Policy

Kochi, Mar 25 (UNI) The Kerala High Court today declined to interfere with the Abkari Policy of the state for the year 2008-09.

Justice Thottathil B Radakrishnan dismissed a batch of petitions challenging the policy.

The judge observed that the policy matters were the prerogative of the government and the court could not interfere with them.
