Gradatim announces Joint Venture with DMC

Bangalore, Mar 25 (UNI) Gradatim IT Ventures, a Bangalore-based pioneer in micro-transactions and e-discovery services in India, had announced a Joint Venture (JV) with Singapore-based D M Corporation (DMC), a leading data gathering service company, to form Gradatim-DMC in Singapore.

In a release here today, C V Prakash, Founder and Chief Executive Officer(CEO) of Gradatim, said "our buy-out and investment plans are part of our aggressive expansion plans. The JV finalised with DMC will enable us to move forward firmly for an aggressive growth".

Mr Prakash said the company now offer e-discovery services, to global clients across Asia, including support for local Asian languages.

DMC Managing Director Kay Gee Ong said the company would complement hardcopy discovery services with Gradatim's electronic data gathering skills. Both the companies would together go for an expansion globally, he added.

Mr Ong said DMC would continue to serve the legal community under Gradatim-DMC business.
